Your doctor will advise the dose and duration to take VARENICLINE based on your condition. The common side effects of VARENICLINE include nausea, headache, vomiting, drowsiness, gas, constipation, trouble sleeping or insomnia, unusual dreams, and taste changes. Most of these side effects of VARENICLINE do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, please seek medical help. 

Try not to stop taking this medicine of your own. Brief your medical history if you have any heart, liver, kidney diseases, seizure (fits), mood disorders, and alcoholism before taking VARENICLINE. Please inform your doctor if you are pregnant or currently breastfeeding before taking VARENICLINE. Do not drive or operate machinery while using VARENICLINE since it can cause sleepiness and dizziness. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking VARENICLINE as it can worsen your dizziness. Directions for Use

There are three ways to use the tablet. You can choose any way of using VARENICLINE under the supervision of your doctor. Take the tablet with a glass of water and preferably with food. 1. Set a date to give up smoking and start VARENICLINE a week exactly before the set date. Make sure that you quit smoking on the date decided. Take VARENICLINE for a period of 12 weeks in the dose and duration suggested by your doctor. 2. Start taking VARENICLINE and decide a date to quit smoking between 8-35 days after you start treatment. Take VARENICLINE for 12 weeks in the dose and duration suggested by your doctor. 3. Start taking the tablet and decrease the number of cigarettes you smoke every day gradually for a 12-week period until you completely stop smoking. Then take it for more than 12 weeks for a total of 24 week period in the dose and duration suggested by the doctor. The above usage ways are for reference only.
