Pricing Inquiries for Private Prescriptions
Patients who have been issued a valid private prescription by a licensed prescriber may contact Zolapam Store to inquire about pricing for compounded or specially ordered medicines.
Do you have a prescription?
If you have an original paper prescription, please follow the steps below:
1. Send Your Original Prescription
Please post the original hard copy of your prescription directly to Zolapam Store, or ask your prescriber to send it on your behalf.
Prescriptions are valid for a limited period. It is important to obtain your medication within 28 days from the date issued. If your prescription has expired, you will need to request a new one from your prescriber.
2. Make Payment
Once we receive and verify the original prescription, our team will send you a secure payment link.
You can conveniently complete the payment online using a credit or debit card.
3. Medication Dispatch & Delivery
After payment confirmation, your medication will be securely dispatched through our approved courier partner to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- A tracking number will be provided for real-time shipment updates.
- If you need to change the delivery date, you may contact the courier directly.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification card.
